ACQUISITION TERMS

All online orders must be paid in full. No artwork purchase will be produced or shipped until the purchase has been paid in full. All sales are final. NO REFUNDS.

DELIVERY OF FINE ART

Please allow for 8-10 weeks for domestic delivery and 10-12 weeks for international delivery. Delivery times may be extended in cases of unexpected delays. We take great care to ensure open and transparent communication with our clients. If there are any delays, we will provide prompt notification to ensure adjusted delivery dates can be coordinated. All sales require signature upon delivery.

SHIPPING & All other ACQUISITION fees

The Art Shift difference is that we offer full spectrum start to finish art logistics services from the time of purchase. The purchase price includes an art courier shipping service, uncrating, installation, and insurance. For international orders, there is an additional charge of $1500 to account for the added cost for international art courier shipping services. International clients are also responsible for any other fees, duties, and/or customs fees imposed for any fine art purchase from The Art Shift. Our art logistics partner has a global presence and will work with you directly to coordinate delivery, uncrating, and installation to your individual needs and specifications. If for some reason, a client's location is out of their service area, we will communicate this to you as a collector so that you may arrange for appropriate uncrating and installation services for your artwork.

DAMAGES

You, the client, must inspect the purchased artwork immediately upon receiving it into your possession. If the artwork is damaged or does not meet the specification defined in your purchase order, you must provide The Art Shift written notification within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. Any claim submitted without the original crating and packing materials will not be accepted. By purchasing any fine artwork from The Art Shift, you agree to these terms.

TAXES

As the client and purchaser of the fine artwork, you are solely responsible for payment of any and all taxes: local, state, federal, VAT, use, excise, import, and any other taxes related to your fine art purchase from The Art Shift.
